FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Toledo, OH – Comedians from across the country will be arriving in Toledo! A comedy showcase featuring a diverse cast of performers will take place at Earnest Brew Works’ downtown location on Wednesday, September 13. “Every month we bring a lineup of great comedians to Earnest, but this show is really special. We assembled some of the brightest young comics from all over the country for our first All-Star Showcase.” says Toledo local and event host Dave Crumbley.
“Toledo is a beautiful city that reminds me a lot of St. Louis. I am very excited to make my fellow midwesterners laugh.” Says Brendan Olson, a St. Louis based comedian, writer, improvisor, and filmmaker in the lineup. Other comics include Denver’s Joshua Emerson, a Navajo comedian who has been featured in Boulder Weekly, WestWord, the Denverite, and the Denver Post. Dan Turco hails from Detroit and has performed across the country, including opening for acts like Mitch Fatel, Paul Farahaver, Tom Thakkar, and JB Ball. Annette Mullaney is a San Francisco-based comic who’s performed all over the country, from SF Sketchfest and Austin’s Out of Bounds Festival to the Detroit Women of Comedy Festival, and recently opened for Third Eye Blind.
Tickets for the event are available online at Claptix.com starting at $15, or at the door and increase in price as the showcase draws closer. Previous shows hosted by Crumbley Comedy at Earnest Brew Works have sold out, so get your ticket while you can!
